Learning from the best! – Lean & Digitalisation.

For the 20th time, the consulting firm Agamus Consult from Munich and the business magazine AUTOMOBIL PRODUKTION awarded the prestigious "Automotive Lean Production Award".

The awards were presented in the following categories: „OEM“, „Supplier“, „OEM Component Manufacturing“, „Lean Transformation“, " and "Digital Use Case”.

The awards will be presented on the 24th and 25th of November 2026 during the annual Automotive Lean Production Congress at the previous year's winnerPorsche Leipzig. The congress again includes an exclusive plant tour, expert presentations, a Roundtable – and lots of best practices. 

The "Automotive Lean Production – Award & Study" initiative has been in existence since 2006. So far, more than 1,400 surveys from 19 nations have been included in the benchmark studies. In the past, a total of 103 plants have received one of the prestigious awards.

In 2026 five plants were awarded with one of the sought-after awards.
