The ALP Congress
The 20th Automotive Lean Production Congress will take place from 24th until 25th November 2026 at Porsche Leipzig. We look forward to two unforgettable days with our host and to celebrating our anniversary there with you. Save the date!
With the congress, we are committed to promoting dialogue in the European automotive industry every year, because the aim is to keep Europe at the forefront as a competitive continent. The fact that our initiative has now been in existence for 20 years shows that this exchange is still relevant for achieving this goal. We are proud to contribute to a lean, digital and future-oriented Europe by actively promoting this exchange outside of competition and by bringing together stakeholders from the automotive industry.

The 19th congress inspired attendees with visionary and exciting keynotes, as well as groundbreaking presentations on best practices in lean and digitalization.
