The ALP Congress
The 19th Automotive Lean Production Congress took place from 25. until 26 November 2025 at Volkswagen Poznań in Poland, where our host granted us exclusive insights into the Poznań plant. With the congress, we are committed to promoting dialogue in the European automotive industry every year, because the aim is to keep Europe at the forefront as a competitive continent.
Dr. Werner Geiger, Managing Directorof Agamus Consult GmbH, who founded the initiative 20 years ago, is excited about the continuation in 2026: “The Lean Congress is a firmly established tradition in the automotive industry. We are already tirelessly revising the format for 2026.”
In addition to honoring the best European plants, the best digitalization project of the automotive sector will be awarded once again!
