Congress 2023
The 17th Automotive Lean Production Congress will take place on 14/15 November 2023 at the BMW Group Plant Dingolfing and BMW Welt Munich, Germany. We are looking forward to having BMW Group hosting the event and giving exclusive insights in the BMW iFactory. With the congress 2023, we invest into the European automotive industry, because it is about keeping Europe at the top as a competitive continent.
Dr. Werner Geiger, Managing Director of Agamus Consult, who launched the initiative 17 years ago, is looking forward to its continuation in 2023: "The Lean Congress is a firmly established tradition in the automotive industry. We are already working on revising the format for 2023."
We will once again award the best digitalisation project in the automotive industry. Don't miss participating in the study 2023 which starts in February.

Review of the Congress 2022
Innovative solutions based on Lean and Digitalisation were the cornerstones of the 16th international Automotive Lean Production congress on 16th and 17th of November 2022 in Pamplona, Spain. Next to visionary keynotes and an exclusive plant tour at Volkswagen Navarra, Agamus and Automobil Produktion awarded the best European plants with the prestigious Automotive Lean Production Awards based on the correspodnsing benchmark study during a festive awards ceremony.
During the two day event at the Volkswagen Navarra plant, the winners of the different award categories received their honors and presented their best-of-class implementations to the audience.
