The 18th Automotive Lean Production Congress will take place on 26-27 November 2024 at the Volkswagen Autoeuropa in Lisbon and Palmela, Portugal. We are looking forward to having Volkswagen Autoeuropa hosting the event and giving exclusive insights in the plant in Palmela. With the congress 2024, we invest into the European automotive industry, because it is about keeping Europe at the top as a competitive continent.

Look back at the congress programme 2023

Innovative solutions based on Lean and Digitalisation were the cornerstones of the 17th international Automotive Lean Production congress on 14th and 15th of November 2023 in Munich and Dingolfing, Germany. Next to visionary keynotes and an exclusive plant tour through the BMW Group Plant Dingolfing, Agamus and Automobil Produktion awarded the best European plants with the prestigious Automotive Lean Production Awards based on the corresponding benchmark study during a festive awards ceremony.

During the two day event at the BMW Welt Munich and the BMW Group Plant Dingolfing, the winners of the different award categories received their honors and presented their best-of-class implementations to the audience.
