'Learning from the best!' is the motto of the Automotive Lean Production Award, which Agamus Consult presents annually in cooperation with the journal AUTOMOBIL PRODUKTION. The best performers in the europe-wide benchmark study are honored in the categories OEM, Supplier and Special Awards. We are still at the beginning of our search for the automotive factory of the future. What will a successful symbiosis of man and technology look like? Currently, the answers to future questions are being developed. With Automotive Lean Production - Award & Study, we want to actively accompany this exciting time and thus help to drive the development forward. It is our goal to establish a benchmark for lean and digitalization for the international automotive industry with our initiative, which provides orientation and benchmark.
Step right up to the starting line, because now once again in 2022 Agamus Consult and Automobil Produktion are looking for lean plants which are striving to meet the European benchmark for Lean & Digitization. In addition to the renowned Automotive Lean Production Awards OEM, Supplier and Smart Digital Operations we will not only award entire plants this year, but for the first time individual digitization projects in the category 'Digital Use Case'. We are looking forward to many best practice examples of a successful symbiosis of Lean & Digitization for exclusive sharing with our study participants.
Application deadline is 13th of May, 2022 and participation is free of charge.
The questionnaire for the initiative is based on the practical knowledge gained from over 800 successful Agamus projects and is further developed annually on the basis of a lessons learned process. It is therefore ideally suited as a template for comprehensively measuring your own maturity level with regard to lean and digitization. Your company data will be stored electronically for evaluation and, of course, treated confidentially. We will only use your personal data for queries. They will be deleted after the Automotive Lean Production Congress. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
General information about the study can be found here.
